Before I start healing you, I need to know a bit more about you. Please fill in the form below, explaining what you hope to get out of your sessions. Start by telling me your issue and then your goal. Try to reframe your goal if it is negative, for instance, if you suffer from pain, state that your goal is to feel comfortable in your body, or if you have skin rashes/eczema state that your goal is to have clear healthy smooth skin. Other examples are given at the bottom of the form. Try to be very specific, as general goals such as “To be healthy” don’t work as well as pinpointing the issue exactly. Although no result is guaranteed, it’s important to aim high in your goal because, as they say, reach for the stars and you might land on the moon. Keep the goal short and simple, such as… to have lots of energy, to have perfect self-confidence, to sleep peacefully and quietly, to be socially confident, etc. Each goal usually requires a separate package, so if you have more than one goal, write them in order of importance to you, and I will muscle test to see if more than one goal can be included in your package. If not, you will need to book another package for your other goal/s.
